Directions:

FROM THE NORTH: Motorway A14, exit Fermo-Porto S. Giorgio. Once off the pay toll drive straight on and get into the double roundabout to get onto the S.P. 87 Val d'Ete which, despite the long carousel, begins right on the left of your exit, next to a little river and parallel to its course. Drive straight on for about 7 km until the crossroads with the S.P. 56, following the signs to Monterubbiano. Turn left and cross the bridge. Drive uphill until the km 28 milestone, where on the right there's the road entrance to our B&B, which is marked by a sign.

FROM THE SOUTH: Motorway A14, exit Pedaso. Once off the pay toll turn left getting onto S.S.16, going north (and Monterubbiano). At the first traffic light, a little ahead, turn left onto the S.P. 85 Val d'Aso. Drive straight on until Rubbianello (Hamlet of Monterubbiano), where you will turn right to drive uphill following the signs to Monterubbiano. By the crossroads with the S.P. 56 you will see the sign to Fermo on the left and Monterubbiano on the right. Turn left and drive downhill until the km 28 milestone, where on the left there's the road entrance to our B&B, which is marked by a sign.
